2003
Impressions Concrete and Landscape is founded as a sole proprietorship.
Spinks Eco-Struction Inc
Company is incorporated as Spinks Eco-Struction Inc. and adds a focus on sustainability. Business develops into stamped concrete and environmental construction divisions with ICF foundations, radiant concrete flooring and interior concrete finishes.
2014
Corey Foster, former NHL player & owner of Powerplay Pools, joins the team as a second-generation pool builder. Also in 2014, Impressions purchases all assets of former Cullen Landscaping Ltd. as the owners retire after 20 years in the landscaping business. Thus is birthed the property maintenance division. Impressions moves toward a Design, Build & Maintain landscape company.
2015
TBL Depot is launched; offering Impressions its own store for ‘Total Backyard Living’. Carrying everything from soil and aggregates, to pool supplies and backyard accessories such as furniture, hot tubs and BBQs. Also in 2015, Spinks Eco-Struction Inc. filed for corporate name change to Impressions Group Ottawa Inc.
2016
Purchase of Ottawa Pool and Patio (est. 1979) moves forward.
2018
Purchase of Creative Hardscapes is completed. Fifteen years of business success.
